Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange, giving you ample time to inspect your gear and ensure it meets your fishing needs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fly Tying Kits (opened components cannot be resold)
- Fly Tying Tools (personal use items)
- Leaders & Tippet (once opened or cut)
- Any items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition

- Exchanges will be shipped immediately upon approval
Refund Timeline & Methods
Like waiting for the perfect fishing conditions, refund processing requires some patience:

- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or product:

International Returns
